"Aida" Suite

The Aida suite comprises a large 50-square metre living room with a vaulted and frescoed ceiling, an original tuff fireplace, a large oval table, a corner sofa and 3 large windows overlooking the inner courtyard.

The sleeping area includes a double brass bed with a spacious bathroom with antique marble tiles, a large shower and washbasin, a toilet and a bidet, all fitted with supports for people with a disability.
The suite has two single sofa beds for extra guests.

The bathroom has double-glazed windows, comprising a new inner one and a period handmade one with hexagonal glass trimmed with lead.
The sanitary fittings produced by CERAMICA DOLOMITE (now IDEAL STANDARD) were designed by the owner.

A well-equipped kitchen, for exclusive use, containing design elements adjoins the living room. It has direct access to the large Italian garden-park at the back.

Thanks to bio-architecture and thick walls in river stones, the temperature inside the house is always cool in summer, whereas in winter it is heated with an adjustable thermostat.
